REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :
3199€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Poste et missions: This position is to support for overall administrative activities and improvement in operational system of STERIS India. To support of sales and service support, customer service, data entry work, and administrate HR of the organization. To support the team and operations. Must interact with Vice President of the Region, INDIA Country Manager, and Functional Managers to maintain good level of operations by directing all activities which are performed daily, weekly and monthly. Provide development in short term and long term operations performed.
Roles and Responsibility
•Helps administrative employees, planning, organizing and implementing system and best practices.
•Implement processes & policies to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
•Negotiate prices & terms with suppliers and vendors.
•Handle complete order processing, warehousing & logistics
•Ensure that systems and procedures as laid down by management are strictly complied with & to also provide inputs for possible improvements in the service. Evaluate results and provide practical cost effective solutions.
•Ensure service processes are followed, CRM and logs updated properly
•Support commercial team, and sales/ service related activities.
•Maintain reports for sales, collection & ops.
•Keep control on operating expenses in the organization.
•Keep control on inventories under prescribed limits.
•Helps the operation team to ensure the execution of business plan in an efficient way.
•Ensure harmonious and motivating environment across all workforce.
•Manage various administrative functions including office maintenance, customer service and service support
•Partner with Human Resources to execute daily HR activities and resolve HR issues.
•Ensure compliance to statutory norms and requirements required for smooth functioning of office. Accountable for internal and external administration audit.
•Finance or Management Graduate from a recognized University/Institution
•International exposure and preferably India or Asia
•Internship or small experience in audit / finance or operation.
•Must have leadership quality and capable of providing coaching.
•Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Self driven and process oriented and ready to take additional task.
•Good customer management skills
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain accuracy
•Ability to approach problems/decisions analytically and out of the box thinking
•Good written & verbal communication skills
•Fluent in English
