Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the department
Part of the Corporate Finance team, the Finance Business Transformation department is driving the strategy, design and implementation of global Finance systems within Sanofi, with a specific focus on providing local accounting and transactional tools.
The team’s mission is to implement core innovative Finance solutions in a global effort to simplify and harmonize practices within the company.
The department works in close partnership with Information Technology & Solutions (ITS) teams, who handle the technical part of the projects. It furthermore collaborates on a daily basis with stakeholders in business, regional and local Finance teams in order to test approaches, build roll-out plans and leverage best practices.
You get the opportunity to join a high performing department with a global role, where several nationalities are represented, providing project management support for a global IBM Cognos TM1 program, supporting the global roll-out of a core planning & forecasting tool.
You will support the design, implementation and communication of some of our current projects. You will deal with very innovative and strategic topics regarding Finance function, and work in close collaboration with international teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure project information, including project status reports & milestones plans, are effectively maintained and communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring Budget follow up in collaboration with Corporate Finance Controlling and IS Departments
- Coordination of risks, actions, issues and dependencies within the project lifecycle
- Contributing to projects development and follow-up, in collaboration with local teams
- Supporting project managers in day-to-day tasks, including analysis, presentations and ad-hoc requests from the management
- Training and helping local teams on change management to adapt to new company solutions and processes
Business school or University student with a Major in Finance or Accounting
Ability to use different software programs/tools, including mastering of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Excellent writing and synthesis skills
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Dynamic, positive, and willing to act
FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
