Poste et missions:
The Junior Business Development Manager role is critical to helping the UCC Business Unit of Orange Business Services explore new developing markets and plan to grow profitable business. In this case – The VIE will focus on the Middle East and Africa Market, with possibility for supporting global opportunities
a. Identify and create business opportunities to ensure growth in target accounts
¦ Develop pro-active action plans with sales.
¦ Manage target lists, must win lists, upselling to existing customers.
¦ Develop and execute sales campaigns & customer events to promote awareness and thought leadership around Orange Business Services’ solutions.
b. Support Senior Business Developer and account management team to win bids
¦ Help to qualify opportunities and define the scope of solutions.
¦ Develop bid response (RFI and RFP analysis) and prepare formal presentations.
¦ Support on pricing customization.
¦ Realize voice traffic analysis and assessments, savings evaluations.
¦ Train Sales and Presales forces to develop voice selling and product skills.
¦ Develop materials and presentations
c. Business intelligence : provide feedback on market and customers
¦ Work with pricing and product management to implement pricing models that balance value to the customer and profitability to Orange Business Services.
¦ Perform market analysis and review market trends, market pricing, competitive position.
d. Business analysis : provide recommendations to build the sales strategy
¦ Maintain pipeline and order forecasts on an ongoing rolling basis, and provide periodic status.
¦ Analyze wins/losses with customers/prospects and account team to identify leverage opportunities, key learning and best practices

¦ Good communication and presentation skills
¦ Well organized and goal-oriented person with good time management and the ability to handle multi projects and multi-customers environment simultaneously.
¦ Ability to analyze and synthesize large volume of data.
¦ Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com)
¦ Internet skills (Social Network Knowledge, Internet Browsing/Search)
¦ Self-driven personality who can work with remote teams
¦Can do attitude with capability to evolve in both large corporation and startup-like environment (flexiblity, creativeness, inventiveness)
