Mission

You will be a member of Sanofi China Commercial Customer Innovation team, responsible for our affiliate digital marketing and solutions’ innovation. You will be focusing on solutions’ innovation, directly answering to Customer Innovation Director.

1- Support Sanofi Innovation strategy specification on solutions’ innovation
a. Contribute to definition: vision, objectives, enablers
b. Specify work streams, and implementation work plan

2- Animate and cultivate Sanofi China external ecosystem including but not only our strategic partnership with AliHealth pilots’ follow-up
a. Recommend a Sanofi China external ecosystem mode of work / evolution – organizational pattern e.g. incubator, hackathon, venture capital…
b. Follow-up implementation: general work plan + meetings, action plans, follow-ups
c. Coordinate internally with marketing teams
d. Coordinate externally with 3rd parties


Profile:
2 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE POST-GRADUATION ARE MANDATORY TO APPLY TO A VIE IN CHINA

Education: Master Degree in Marketing or Engineering
Experience: first experience related to health; or digitalization, connected objects; or business development, venture capital
Professional skills / attitude and behaviors requested:
Strong ability to get integrated in a new team, in a different country
Very good interpersonal skills, ability to interact at different levels of seniority (from the digital marketing teams to external clients’ leadership teams)
Ability to work with general guidance only and be autonomous on a daily basis
Passionate and resilient

FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY
FULL PROFICIENCY IN MANDARIN IS A PLUS
