iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Digital Content Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M/D)
The position will be based in Frankfurt am Mein, but is eligible for Austrian nationals.
An exciting opportunity to join Sanofi Consumer Healthcare in the Global Digital Business Transformation team as Digital Content Specialist VIE. In this position you’ll have the opportunity to work with global and local teams, supporting the global team to transform the way we do digital content in Germany. Digital Content is one of Sanofi’s big bets in digital transformation, that is key to drive the company growth to become the consumer health organization in the world.
Global Digital Transformation is part of the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) organization. We support the GSM ambition on leading the future of consumer health across the globe to serve healthier, fuller lives.

Key responsibilities of Digital Content Specialist VIE:
Coordinating content approvals with the multi-functional team (Regulatory, Medical, Marketing):
-Supporting the global digital team to embed new ways of working with tools that support a fast pace for content approval
-Engaging the multi-functional team in the project so we can become a priority in their daily activities
Doing KPI monitoring through digital tools such as Google Analytics and Sistrix (tool for search engine optimization and depth analysis of data):
-Performing analysis of the main Key Performance Indicators of the content hub in order to drive its audience growth and engagement
-Challenging the team to review less performing contents, SEA (Similarity Ensembling Approach) structure and strategy in order to accelerate the hub
-Tracking and evaluating competitors performance and new approaches
Supporting the implementation of new ideas for the hub:
-As we advance in the project, new content ideas appear and both local and technical teams need to be challenged on fast ways to implement it
-Performing always on analysis of competitors contents and performances to instigate new ideas in the team
Leading weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting with the cross-functional teams:
-Reviewing and complement meeting agendas and write minutes
-Engaging the local and technical teams to participate and fast act on pain points mapped in meetings
-Organizing meetings and workshops
-Degree in Business, Communication or related courses
-Excellent written, oral, facilitation and presentation communication skills in English
-German is a must
-Good excel skills
-Passionate about digital
-Excellent project management skills, ability to plan and execute efficiently
-An ability to work as self-starter and independently
-Positive ‘can do’ attitude
-High affinity for digital and content management with first experience
-A will to embrace change, an ability to initiate new and improved ways of working
-An ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization and ability to influence without authority to positively impact the project
