Participate in the development of an innovative B2B startup with international reach.

Since 2016 we have been developing, producing and marketing innovative solutions for urban bike logistics. With our products, we want to make the city more pleasant to live in by accelerating the transition to soft, non-polluting and silent modes of transport.

Our flagship product is the BicyLift, a patented utility bicycle trailer that has the ability to lift the load to be transported, making it easier to deliver pallets and parcels in the city. Check out the video presentation on our website : www.fleximodal.fr

Aimed mainly at urban logistics and delivery professionals, the BicyLift and its modules are already present in many countries through direct sells or local retailers.

The startup has been growing the past months from 2 to 5 persons and needs new commercial talents to ensure its success.

Your missions
You will be consolidating FlexiModal's North European commercial development with a first main focus on Germany and on other countries like Austria, Sweden, UK...

Your workplace will be in Brussels (Belgium) with on site collaborators and you will be in relation with the production site in Rennes (France).

Your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing clear prospection procedures
- Active prospection : visiting local retailers, phoning and emailing. Creating strong commercial link with them. Making demos with the trailer and its modules.
- Identifying commercial partners and opportunities. Constructing a real network of the stakeholders of cycle and last mile delivery worlds.
- Monitoring and analysis of the results, managing your activities on the CRM, regular reports to the team.

The colleague we are looking for will be:
- An excellent communicator with a strong commercial state of mind
- Ready to travel
- Fluent in english and in german
- Equipped with proposal power and creativity
- Able to autonomously find solutions

How will you make the difference?

- You are willing to be part of a small team for entrepreneurial adventure
- A first experience in a B2B business is a plus
- You will be evoluting in the cycle world, a sensibility for this domain is appreciated
- You prove sensitivity and take actions for ecological causes
