Poste et missions:
Reporting VIE will be exposed to contact with all departments of the company. Her or his role has three main clusters:
She or he is a key member of the team in terms of reporting and analysis. The role implies a day to day exchange with BP&A managers who will require several and diverse analysis related to forecast and/or monthly actual closing. Curiosity, open minded spirit and willingness for new challenges are crucial to succeed in this position.
OVH & A&P follow-up
- Forecast: in charge of providing the forecast base to all departments of the wineries, making sure its reception (following and recalling deadlines to teams), making a first analysis and report to BP&A and consolidating the data for reporting.
- Monthly follow-up: build-up consolidated reports for each department, provide analysis and ask pertinent questions regarding monthly deviations from forecast.
Direct to Consumer Business Analysis
- Provide forecasting tools to teams, consolidate, analyze and create a report on first forecast draft to be shared to BP&A managers.
- Build-up monthly reporting variance analysis tools, analyze closing and discuss findings with BP&A managers and operations teams accordingly.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Education: Business school, or equivalent University degree. Able to perform an eighteen month assignment in the US.
Languages : Fluent in English, French is a plus
Professional experience & know how:
Requires at least one year working experience in finance. Prior experience dealing with financial statement is a plus.
Technical & management skills:
Ability to manage complex data, communicate results and forecast outcomes. Good knowledge of Excel required. SAP Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Budget / Forecast process is a plus.
Personal & Interpersonal skills:
Action oriented with strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and set priorities. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to cope with constant changes, execute, and follow-through to completion and documentation.
