What you will do
Attached to our new internal department, you will act as a HR Business Partner
You will have 2 main responsibilities:
You will implement and manage a complex cells eco-system of engineers, that will enable Nalys to bring 70% of its business.
You will liaise with all business managers and directors to identify and develop the talents that will make each cell competitive and proactive into bringing business to Nalys.
You will act as a partner to the business and manage complex people situations.
You will open and drink bottles of champagne to celebrate the team success.
You will work closely with the CEO.
You will take part to internal foosball competitions and we expect you to win against the founders who keep on beat us all.
Operational and management activities:
Management of engineers’ teams (technical experts, project managers, people managers and technical coach)
Talent identification and management
Career management evolution
You will be a point of contact with engineers (different level of seniority & background – Life Sciences, Embedded Systems, Mechanical & Manufacturing, Web Applications)
Liaise with Business Units Directors & Business Developers
You will make decisions and take responsibilities for them.
Support of the HR Policy (HR Standard Pack, Projects Mobility Plan…)
Support events and community organization
Who you are
To succeed you must be results-driven, people-oriented, energetic, proactive, confident, resilient, and you need to have a good sense and understanding of business.
-You hold a Master Degree in Business or Engineering
-You have at least 2 years’ experience in a Management, B-usiness Sales role or recruitment
-Experience in the consulting environment is a plus
-You are fluent in English/French
-You have excellent communication skills and are autonomous on your role.
