REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 2010€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Talent Management Europe Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M)

Key results/ Accountabilities

1. Support for the Talent management and Performance review processes and initiatives
- Ensure the process flows and deadlines are met
- Give support to the Talent heads and Regional HRBP throughout the process, interact with managers as required
- Run reports on a regular and ad hoc basis and interprets data in Workday
- Support the preparation of and organisation of communications around Talent and performance management to the Europe organisation
- Analyse HR data and generate metrics
- Provides support to initiatives at regional level based on business requirements and priorities (ex : Gender Balance, Transversal moves, Strategic Workforce planning, specific Talent meetings, Survey to leaders)

2. Support for the TM governance team with the Head of Talent Management Europe
- Prepares, Attends and ensure follow-up of regular EU TM team meetings
- Analyses HR data, generates Metrics on and follow up as required
- Provide ad hoc support
- Focus on continuous Improvement project on current processes and systems
- Act as a key contact on queries related to talent management and performance management processes. Works closely with regional HRBPs and local talent heads in this area.
- Manages the team sharepoint facilitating exchange of information across the team

3. Support for the TM forums and events
- Prepares, facilitates and ensure follow-ups of Europe quarterly talent forum in which talents ready to move and key positions to fill are discussed
- Provide support to organization of talent events such as speed networking talent events in the region
- Provides support to Talent development programs organization across Europe (Development centers)

4. Support the local TM head of the country where will be based
- Performance cycle and talent cycle reporting
- Support in performance and talent process
- Support in organizing local talent reviews with country council members
- Support with global trainings logistics for sessions hosted in Milan
- Support on specific projects (like millennials project,..)


- Degree or Master’s Degree in HR or relevant field (business, psychology)
- English fluent

- Previous experience of at least 1 year in HR department
- Interested in HR reporting, working with systems and analysing HR data

- Fluent in English (others languages, Italian included, will be potential additional requirements)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to work cross functionally
- Customer focused, proactive and reactive
- Autonomous
- Good Time Keeping – able to prioritise
- Systems aptitude, Advanced skills in excel, HR Data Analysis, Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
