In July, 2016 South East European (SEE) organization was created - a network organization that articulates our competitive advantage in Bulgaria, Romania and Greece. The incumbent will be part of the Sales department in ALBG, working closely with Customer Service and Finance. Functionally, he/she will be reporting into the SEE Customer Service Director.
The mission is to provide analytical information by developing a deep understanding of the business results, quantifying the impact of actions plans and validating business assumptions against historical experience keeping an independent position to give a fair view on business. Strong contribution to reporting and Budget process.
Good perspective of evolution in the organization
On a 3 countries perimeter :
Sets the process for accurate business reporting, performs results analysis and contributes to reporting.
Develops, creates and maintains sales metric reports and analytics against operating plans.
Performs statistical analysis on sales and customer service performance and calculates KPIs to drive recommendations to Executive management by identifying trends and best practices.
Keeps up to date with the business and products’ issues
Evaluates data in order to adapt adequately the monthly forecast sales estimation
Follows-up profitability by product, customer, area, etc.
Contributes to offer process
Collaborates closely with sales, business development, marketing, finance and IT departments.
Knowledge and Knowhow:
Educational background: Master/BA in Finance or Business
Fluent in English (knowledge of Romanian or Greek will be a plus)
Very good command of Excel (ability to create and manage large data sets and spreadsheets)
Familiar with ERP and CRM environments (knowledge of SAP and/or BAR+ will be considered as a plus)
At least 2 years of experience in the area (international exposure will be a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills,
Strategic thinking personality,
Cooperative, Team Player, positive and open minded. The ideal candidate will enjoy to work as part of a team
Autonomous & well organized, takes initiatives whenever is needed
