8 countries, from Poland to the Black Sea, including Russia and Turkey, are part of the Easter
Europe Cluster - with about 1 500 employees.
Presentation of the team
Based in Prague, you are part of the Industrial Merchant Sales team for Czech Republic and
Slovakia. You report to the sales director of these two countries and work closely with the
sales teams and Cluster managers for Industrial Merchant sector.
You support the Sales director by synthesising information on the Czech industrial market and
Air Liquide competitors.
As a support for the sales teams, you collaborate closely with them in order to allow them to
understand their market and target their prospects, as well as better use the tools available
for them (CRM, digital tools …).
Some trips in the countries will be Required
Your main tasks will be :
➢ Leading and coordinating market studies with support of application experts
○ Leading market studies from public information and local contacts (such as the
French-Czech Chamber of Commerce)
○ Synthesising information and preparing recommendations
○ Preparing a plan for business action
➢ Sales analysis
○ Being responsible for monthly reports and dashboards
➢ Digital projects
○ In charge of the Competitive intelligence tool
■ Training the teams to use the tool
■ Controlling and approving data entries
○ New projects
➢ Management of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
○ Reporting about the activity
○ Performing information quality checks
○ On-going training and supporting the sales teams
○ Supporting data entry
○ Collaboraring with CRM teams - Project manager, IT...
➢ Development and promotion of marketing tools for sales managers
○ Updating tools for sales support (product catalogue, offer template …)
○ Managing company events (professional fairs, sales conventions …)
Other marketing tasks can be considered, depending on the candidate profile.
Business school, specialised in Marketing
Good level of English required, knowledges of the Czech or Slovak languages would be a plus
Analysis and synthesis skills
Precision and creativity
International experience (internship, academic exchange) would be a plus
Interpersonal skills Required
Willingness to work in team in a small organisation (<50 employees)
Willingness to contribute directly to sales growth
