Poste et missions:
Provides that the requirements for quality control of the products and processes are in compliance with plans for quality control of the product (PQCP / PQCS) and are available all the necessary tools for qualification of the production and are defined methods and processes.
Ensure that operators affecting the quality are appropriately trained and complying with the requirements according to the quality instructions.
Resolves the problems in production for the manufacturing sector influencing the level of quality or service through effective, immediate, corrective and preventive actions.
Participates in the production SIMs and communicates to the production team the quality results (level of rejections, inconsistencies in final control, …etc.).
Leads a team for resolving a problems / inconsistencies, registered in production.
Introduces and constantly updates product / process quality control plans (PQP, PCP) and regularly observes tests for the final product / process according to the instructions.
Defines objectives and reports their achievement. Monitors the continuous improvement of product / process.
Assists in the qualifications of a detail, product, subcontractor and monitors all quality requirements of the product / process be respected. Leads analyzes of the risks of failures in the process and initiates plans for continuous improvement (FMEA).
Conducts periodic audits of the process of subcontractors. Recording compliance in implementing of the requirements of Schneider Electric in the production process of the subcontractor.
Assists the implementing of the requirements of Schneider Electric in the process of quality assurance of the process and the product
Education: Master’s degree in Automation / Mechanical engineering
Fluency in English, French language is an advantage
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Lean Manufacturing training/experience.
Ability to understand the root cause of the failures /trouble shooting
Six sigma certification/knowledge. (desirable)
Experience in Industrialization/Maintenance of industrial processes is considered as strong advantage
Personal abilities or skills: organizational skills, communication skills, team work, innovation and problem solving, leadership and sense of responsibility.
