REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :
1788€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Poste et missions:
The PM Service is member of the Northern Europe Cluster and reports hierarchically to the Sales Director and Customer Service NEC and in dotted line to the EMEA Services Director.
PRIMARY SCOPE & MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Within the framework of bioMérieux guidelines and strategy, the PM Services implement and design the marketing strategy for service products in order to maximize the business results in NEC Cluster and ensure the interface with corporate major function /EMEA Service Department with proper feed-back on all market aspects (competition, markets trend).
His/Her Main accountabilities are to :
•Define the adequate Service marketing strategy ensuring growth and profitability for bioMérieux, by taking into account the various regulatory, legal constraints, linked to the market. In particular, study its market in order to position the Service offer regarding Customer needs and competition offer It will be done through the Cluster Service Marketing Action Plan (MAP)
•Ensures understanding and implementation of bioMérieux Service Strategy in every subsidiary. In particular ensure:
- Basics of services are implemented price list for service, contract levels and service offer is done together with Equipment offer by the sales force + bioMérieux guidelines on key ratio are respected (contract coverage-conversion- renewal…)
- “New services” (Training/Metrology/Workflow Assessment) are known pushed and implemented by Subs
- Relevant local teams to support it are in place
•Optimize the Service sales performance and achieve the Cluster Service Budget, support and challenge the Cluster country team (sales, service and marketing) in developing the Service business.
•Business school/ Master degree (in marketing is a plus)
•Experience in Sales and Marketing could be a plus , in particular in Service field
•Knowledge of industry-lab environment is a plus
•An IT Marketing experience and/ or IVD are a plus
•Good ability for communication, team work and organization, networking within and outside the company, ability to adjust in multicultural environment
•Fluent in English
