REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 1939€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Avertim was founded in 2007 and has grown to over a 200 consultants active in several European countries, advising clients on their major challenges. Avertim is specialized in selected high-level services, across a diversified range of strategic sectors including: Life Sciences & Chemicals, Banking & Insurance, Utilities, Transport & Mobility, Telecommunications & Media.

In order to support our growth in Germany, we are currently looking for Business managers with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills, who can work from our office in Frankfurt.


Main responsabilities:

After a period of training on development and support activities (marketing, recruitment, business development…) you will develop one of our business units. Your tasks will include:

- Define a business plan
- Develop and manage a portfolio of new client accounts
- Recruit high potential consultants and manage their careers and personal development
- Manage projects and develop new offers
- Manage finance and administration of your profit center


Requirements:
--------------------------------------------------
- You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills
- You have good customer and people management skills
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
You have a Master degree in Business or Engineering
- You have 3 years’ of experience in sales in consulting companies/ large complex organisations
- You have experience in one of our business units
- You speak fluent German plus English
