REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :
1935€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Poste et missions:
Within a young and multicultural team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- A 360° management of the recruitment process (analyze of client’s needs, sourcing strategy and interview of the selected talents);
- Phone and face to face interviews in French/English/Dutch;
- Presentation of the shortlisted candidates to Business Managers and selection of the best talents;
- Single point of contact of your consultants, you’re responsible for their integration within ADNEOM and their mission ( Quarterly follow-up, trainings & workshops, integration drink) ;
- Active participation to the HR department evolution (events, process, tools choice, team dynamics…)
- You are fluent in French, English (Dutch)
- You are reliable, responsive, organized and have strong interpersonal skills;
- Your self-discipline and your sense of initiatives and creativity will be your key assets to succeed;
- You acquired or are about to acquire a masters’ degree from a recognized Business School or University; you have strong interests in HR and/or in IT & Engineering;
- A good knowledge of the Office Suite is necessary.
