As a Digital Recruitment Partner, your role is to manage the entire process of acquisition and animation of candidate communities, while integrating new technologies, marketing approaches and social media; in close collaboration with the GoToMarket/Digital department.
In addition to the classic recruitment missions, the objective is also to develop the employer brand on social networks, to be up to date with new technologies for recruitment and to be resourceful in attracting talent.
Implementation and animation of candidate acquisition strategy by profile and/or country, taking into account new communication channels (chatbot, forums, networks...)
Write and inlay job descriptions, attracting the interest of both active and passive target candidates.
Participate in the elaboration of the social media strategies of the Business Line.
Establish the growth marketing strategy in tandem with the digital department, in order to reach new members.
Develop and implement a content plan with GoToMarket
Creation of different online communities; co-animation of these communities with the business experts through the creation and sharing of content with the business experts.
Contact internal and external influencers by business line.
Improve the conversion rate between identified and recruited candidates
To be the single point of contact on subjects related to the department's digital transformation: artificial intelligence, CSR...
Achieve a regular benchmark of recruitment/HR trends and developments in the recruitment profession
Evangelization of digital practices with the management of the Talent Acquisition department.
Identify and develop brand and event partnerships according to business lines and communities.
You are looking for a challenging experience in a multicultural company with at least 2 years of professional experience in recruitment, headhunting or consulting.
