The Service Management Officer is part of the IT Infrastructure Department, he is in charge to ensure the service quality provided by IT Infrastructure Department to our Internal Clients.
In a context of digitalization of the IT, to perform this objective, he will rely on technical experts working in Agile mode.
At Société Générale, you will be joining the Purchasing division, responsible for defining and implementing sourcing policies. By keeping a close watch over markets, you will be a driving force, supporting the group’s business lines in France and abroad, as they implement their transformation projects.
You will have the following missions:
- Project Management
The Service Management Officer will be contributing in project management functions on various IT Infrastructure projects
Agreeing project objectives and scope
Stakeholder management, planning, monitoring of project progress and status reporting
Keep track of progress, cost and resource usage
Participate, follow-up local, regional or global projects
- Process Management
The Service Management Officer will be participating in IT process optimization & continuous improvement
Ensure good knowledge of his colleagues
Support initiatives toi mprove the quality of service
Optimizes the activity to reduce the management cost
Studies, implement and monitor new services
Manage transversal projects to GTS teams on topics related to production processes
The Assistant Service Manager is intended to improve tools and automation of daily tasks
The Assistant Service Manager communicates with technical teams and clients on events, processes
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Hong Kong is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see http://www.civiweb.com/.
Graduated from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree in computer science or in IT Project Management.
You are fluent in English.
You are proficient with Pack Office and ITIL process.
