1743€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)
1/ For GSC EMEA Products Procurement organization, you’ll act as a junior HRBP and support the senior HRBP with a specific focus on the following missions:
2/ Recruitment: You’ll work closely with the local HRBPs to support our local recruitments in Budapest (and possibly other countries) with the objective to speed up the process and reduce the time between the recruitment decision and the onboarding of the new comers: You’ll contribute to the jobs advertisements, select CVs in line with our needs, manage first interviews and prepare the short list of candidates who will be interviewed by the managers and the senior HRBP.
3/ Deployment of the competency project: In close collaboration with the Competency manager, the senior HRBP and the managers, you’ll identify the competency gaps and the critical competencies in the organization. You’ll support the actions launched to ensure that the skills will be adapted to the needs of the organization (training, mentoring, skills transfer, …)
4/ Training plan: Based on the training plan defined for 2018, you’ll support the implementation of the requests in collaboration with our training administration team. You’ll work to ensure that employees can access to the training actions they need, wherever they are based in EMEA.
5/ VIEs recruitment: To support our VIEs program for purchasers, you’ll target Hungarian schools or other ways to identify potential young Hungarian people who could be VIEs abroad, inside Schneider plants, and be part of our pipeline for recruitments.
