Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Sales Support Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)
Summary of purpose/major responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the National sales team of the Vaccines GBU in Romania in the achievements of their sales objectives and the specific context of transformation of their organization.
SALES FORCE EFFECTIVENESS (40%)
Under the direct supervision of the Head of Sales,
-Lead the review of customer targeting
-Ensure the development of sales strategies for targeted customers and vaccines portfolio
-Leveraging existing KPIs in Sanofi GBUs, consolidate the Sanofi Pasteur Sales dashboard on sales
-Ensure a regular reporting of sales and inventory status in the country
-In relation with the head of Sales, ensure the coordination of the SFE work stream and engage the Vaccines teams and business partners in the achievements of the yearly objectives
KEY ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT PLAN (40%)
Under the direction supervision of the Head of Sales and in coordination with the Key Account Manager
-Lead a detailed assessment of potential Key Account in the country
-Develop Key Accounts partnership approach
-Develop Key Account roll out plan and track progress on a monthly basis
MEDICAL SCIENCE LIAISON (20%)
Under the direction supervision of the Head of Sales and in coordination with the head of Medical Affairs
-Prepare the organization to the implementation of the new MSL role (review of job description impacted by the new role)
-Anticipate the impact of Sales Reps, KAMs, Medical heads activities and prepare the implementation plan
