Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Junior Product Manager - VIE Contract
This is a VIE role, as assistant Brand Manager for Sanofi Genzyme (GEM), Ireland, which will be responsible for supporting Commercial and Customer Engagement colleagues to create and implement relevant brand programmes or campaigns across the GEM Portfolio in Ireland.
The following activities / capabilities are critical to achieving success in this role:
-Work closely with the Commercial Marketing Lead and Customer Engagement Manager to successfully implement operational plans and Customer Engagement programmes for the GEM portfolio
-Utilise customer and market insights in the development and implementation of relevant marketing programmes and materials
-Effectively manage projects/programmes using the appropriate project management site (Sharepoint/Notebook/Other) to ensure alignment of projects across the portfolio
-Develop strong, collaborative working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies; building business relationships to ensure multiple co-existing projects are managed, tracked, measured and delivered on time
-Act as brand champion for key brands, seeking all opportunities to promote the brands internally and externally
-Provide clear communication to the field team and cross functional colleagues on brand initiatives and programmes, including effective implementation of promotional campaigns to support sales force promotional efforts as required
-Deliver to KPI's that measure the impact of campaigns and the effect on portfolio brands growth
-Ensure compliance to company SOPs ( Standard Operating Procedure) and the IPHA (Irish Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association) code of practice at all times
-Lead or support as appropriate, the implementation of brand operational and customer engagement plans, in line with divisional and brand objectives.
-Assist in implementation of brand marketing programmes in line with GEM objectives

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
-Fluent Business English
-Educated to Master Degree level, with an understanding of what is required within a brand / marketing team to support and deliver key brand initiatives
-At least 1 year of relevant marketing background/experience; or other relevant industry experience
-Clear thinker & quick learner, with ability to absorb complex information and translate clearly to practical application or action
-Ability to influence relationships and leverage knowledge internally across a matrix structure, in order to optimise opportunities with customers and achieve core objectives
-Knowledge of relevant brand therapeutic areas an advantage, but not essential
-Knowledge of relevant Industry Codes an advantage but not essential
-Extremely well organised – completer/finisher
-Good communication and presentation skills
