Coface in Germany is a leader in modern credit management and offers its customers integrated concepts for credit insurance, factoring, debt collection and information products in the B2B business. Coface in Germany, headquartered in Mainz, Germany has 11 branch offices and is heading the Northern Europe Region including The Netherlands, Denmark and Scandinavia. We currently employ more than 800 employees.
We are looking for an Account Officer to join our Coface Global Solutions (CGS) -Team
CGS (Coface Global Solutions) is the sales unit within Coface, which offers multinational groups worldwide with an insured turnover of more than EUR 250 million in flexible credit insurance solutions. These solutions, in the form of international programs, are implemented across all countries in cooperation with the CGS network and in close coordination with customers and brokers, both centrally and locally.
Your main responsibilities will be – but are not limited:
Cooperation with the Account Manager in customer service and development of the business relationships in existing programs
Support of the Account Manager in the coordination of programs as a Program Leader
CGS customer service together with the Account Management (correspondence etc.)
Establishment of contracts and reports
Application of the current CGS IT-tools
Servicing of the customers of the local entity
Client meetings; meetings with brokers and customers together with the Account Manager
You are the perfect candidate if you have, you are:
Work experience would be an advantage
Good knowledge of German and foreign languages
Well founded IT-Knowledge
