2392€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

The Brazilian subsidiary of Groupe SEB, is currently looking for a V.I.E as HR and Communication Project Referent, based in Sao Paulo. The V.I.E will take part in the HR and Communication policies implementation, and contribute to enhancing employee’s motivation.
Groupe SEB Brazil is facing a major transformation to ensure its future development. HR Projects and Internal Communication are key factors to support these changes and involve employees to achieve a common goal.
We draw up recently a new comunication policy with an internal communication plan and carry out an opinion survey.
In this context, the VIE main missions and projects will be :
HR Project : be “Great Place to Work” Project animator :
- Analyze results and make recommandations in order to draft the action plan
- Coordinate the action plan and schedule workshops to build a better workplace culture and relationships
Participate in the implementation of our new communication policy :
- Update and animate our internal website
- Feed our HR community platform
- Contribute to our monthly letter
- Bring ideas for fun at work (animation, events,…)
Other HR or internal communication missions can be entrusted to you, to strehghten our company image as a great place to work.
Are you a Business School or University graduate with Human Resources or Communication background ?
Do you have minimum 12 months’ experience in HR or Communication missions (through internships or post-graduate experience)?
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills?
Ability to work to deadlines & manage stressful situations?
Do you speak English and Portugeuse fluently?
Would you like to gain some unique international experience giving you a global vision of HR and Communication Management Project ?
This V.I.E position will start on February/March 2018.
