REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 1799€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

- Réalisation d’études et de projets au forfait: Nos consultants réalisent in-situ ou ex-situ des études et des projets dans le respect de votre cahier des charges
- Expertise, Formation & Coaching: Nos experts et associés vous font partager leur retour d’expérience dans le cadre de formations et de coaching opérationnel.

Nous sommes aujourd'hui près de 300 consultants et réalisons une croissance annuelle de 25%.



Poste et missions:
JOB PURPOSE & SCOPE

In line with the regional defined Sourcing strategies, supports the EMEA SCM and Operational targets specific to the Syngenta Account in order to leverage spend, drives and/or tracks savings which directly impact EBIT & TWC results.
Regionally responsible for the coordination of Savings initiatives review and report for EMEA, in close collaboration and alignment with RAD, RSD EMEA, RFD and when required with Local Leads.
Works closely together with the EMEA Regional Leaders responsible for the Syngenta Account.
Drives, tracks, traces and reports to the management Team, professional data analysis, forecasting, providing conclusions and recommendations.
Masters Value Track Savings Tracking tool for EMEA Region.
Geographical scope: EMEA Syngenta Platform.
Business scope: all Syngenta locations in EMEA across more than 30 countries.

Financial & Business Responsibilities

Responsible for developing data analysis from VT using large financial information, reporting detailed overview with graphs (in excel and/or PPT) and specific advanced tool formatting with adequate functions when require
Support the Regional Sourcing Strategy, suppliers’ selection, tender exercises preparation and implementation of supplier agreements, process and metrics, working closely with the Sourcing and Account leadership team.
Issue Data review, Supplier Benchmark analysis and Tender data collection or planning at Regional level for strategic planned initiatives
Ensures accuracy, alignment and coordination of the savings initiatives upload and validation in Value Track from FM, Energy, Projects and Real Estate departments with Regional, Local Sourcing and Operation across the Syngenta portfolio.
Ensures that the Syngenta Savings initiatives remain connected with the Regional SYT requirements & focuses on compliancy with contractual financial standards.
In line with Global SCM and Account defined approaches, participates in the definition and development of efficient sourcing processes, standard metrics, SCM measurement and evaluation techniques. Based on findings, supports continuous improvement programs and makes recommendations for change / corrective actions.
Supports operational excellence utilizing CI/ BBP, Lean & Six sigma tools in cooperation with the regional Sourcing organizations and the Account leadership team.
Key contributor in the development, trial and subsequent implementation of Sourcing Programs, such as Integrated Audit preparation, Supplier Programs, framework agreements.
Within assigned area of responsibility, leads all strategic sourcing related communication with the Account leadership teams and the wider SCM organization.
In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.


Profil:
- Master’s Degree – Business Administration/Management/Procurement/Finance or Economics
A limited experienced procurement professional with knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management preferable
Limited experience in Supply Chain or Finance is an asset
Proactive, analytical and results oriented
Strategic thinking
Experience and/or skills required on:

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in French and English.
Expert in Excel & Power point
Comfortable with numbers and financial data analysis and/or forecasting
Supplier continuous improvement and performance measurement
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers
Supplier data base rationalization
E-procurement experience preferable
Could require limited regional and international travel (5-10%)
