REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 1465€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Poste et missions:
Graduated with a master degree or equivalent, major in engineering, construction, business, international trade or related discipline.

Desirable a first experience acquired in an international environment, ideally on a position related to purchasing, sales & trading and/or engineering.

Especially, the person we are looking for should:
Be a hardworking, well organised and diligent person;
Be willing to work effectively with tight deadlines;
Be able to understand technical documents and drawings;
Have ability to learn new products;
Have a clean police conduct and a sound employment record;
Be able to integrate well within an established team, and work with autonomy
Be able to work within an international network;
Possess excellent communication skills in English (Communication skills in French will be an advantage) and computer skills in MS Office.

Anticipation and Reactivity will be essential skills to succeed in this position.


Profil:
Under the management of the Purchasing Manager, you will have to promote to our construction sites the international suppliers continuously sourced on the Africa & Middle East Supplier Market. In that frame, you will manage, secure and support the international purchasing in order to facilitate and help our client in their cross borders purchasing.

Key responsibilities are:
Source, audit, and qualify potential suppliers;
Manage your supplier panel;
Receive requests for quotation from various teams and process requests;
Analyse needs of the construction site in close collaboration with technical and other purchasing departments;
Invite to tender Suppliers, send request for quotation;
Analyse the offers and negotiate terms and conditions;
Follow-up of Purchase Orders issued;
Quality inspection of goods in Factory;
Follow logistics with the dedicated department;
Communicate in a timely manner with internal parties and provide alternatives where necessary;
Maintain well-kept records and prepare reports as required from time to time;
Ensure compliance with procedures in accordance with the Quality Management System;
To be an actor in the development of the strategic approach and perform in the transversally approach of the Department;
To promote actions carried out through the Department's communication tools.
