The position of “Attaché to the Country Manager” is a unique position due to its broad access to all functions, direct contact to top management & unique learning opportunities within the company. We are looking for a strategic management consultant to the top management and manager level. You will work in a thought partnership with the country manager and lead a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives – from idea to implementation & evaluation.

At the same time, you coordinate the country governance and work with all departments on monitoring the progress of the company’s development as well as analysing variances from plan and proposing innovative ideas and improvements to accelerate the progress.
Therewith besides being able to work cross-functionally, autonomous and resilient in an agile environment as well as being able to deliver strategic recommendations and operationalize them, we are looking for someone with strong IQ equally as EQ and who is open to maneuver within an intercultural environment.

Job Purpose:
Lead portfolio of initiatives of strategic’, operational’ and excellence’ nature
Ensure overall operational excellence of the Country Governance

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Lead portfolio of initiatives of strategic’, operational’ and excellence’ nature

• Animate the portfolio of the key initiatives of the affiliate & lead selected company initiatives within the project teams
• Provide strategic thought partnership to country manager and manager team
• Provides insights and analysis (related to performance, resource allocation and business environment) in order to support decision making process
• Provide overall support to the Country Manager in terms of planning and anticipation, follow-up of key priorities and business action plans.
• Draft pitches and presentations for key internal and external events
• Business reviews: build agenda, coordinates preparation, provide support to the team for the preparation, takes minutes and track progress on action plan

Ensure overall operational excellence of the Country Governance
• Overall coordination of the management reporting/performance dashboards by all departments
• Drives improvements for both process and content
• Drives performance dashboard of the affiliate
• Coordination and planning of the affiliate governance (manager meetings, commercial meetings etc.)
• For Manager Meetings build the agenda, coordinate the preparation, formalize minutes and ensure the follow-up of actions
• Drives continuous improvement process to improve the governance of the affiliate

Job requirements:
Personal profile: Attache to the Country Manager.
Education:
Master’s Degree or equivalent, ideally in Business Administration, Management, Agronomy or Pharmacy.

Personality: Driven by innovation, able to work cross-functionally, autonomous and resilient in an agile environment
Hungry to learn about operations of a whole company, eager and self-motivated
Solid analytical skills and ability to deliver strategic recommendations
Planning and organizing skills

Computer skills: Proficient in MS office.

Language skills: Fluent in English - both written & oral (Vietnamese and French are a plus)

Others:
Domestic Business trip or overseas from time to time.
First experience as Project Manager or consultant, preferably in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
Previous Asian or other multi-cultural experience is a strong plus
