As HR Analyst, you will be exposed to the full spectrum of the HR activities including but not limited to talent Recruitment, Talent Management and Development, Project Management, HR Analytics, Compensation and Benefits.
You will need to work very closely with the regional HR team to understand the business needs and the HR context in a growing region.
Coordinate the Regional Internship Program
Manage recruitment of interns in the entire region
Follow up with the interns on their career development
Handle administrative work related to interns (issuing contracts, preparing payroll, etc)
Maintain relationship with universities within APAC
Support company branding by organizing and attending school events
Building Talent pipeline (using Linkedin and internal data base)
HR Communication (maintaining the HR Intranet, revamp our communication material…)
Deployment of our Diversity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
Support the HRBP pool during the performance management and compensation annual exercise
Participate in the job mapping exercise with external providers
Support the Compensation and Benefits specialists in the management of Expatriations (Corporate lease, Company car, Temporary accommodation, tax filing, input in data base…)
Project Management: Development and implementation of a job evaluation framework as a pilot in the Region
Provide periodic analytical reports on HR activities using major KPIs
Prepare internal presentations to market the HR activities
Provide social data analysis
First professional experience in the Human Resources in a generalist role
Project management and change management experience.
Sound understanding of HR processes (On Boarding, Performance Management Process, salary review process, promotion etc.)
Experienced in communicating across different hierarchical levels and cultures.
