MONTHLY REMUNERATION: 1743€ (Non-contractual allowance laid down by decree and order, whose amount may vary in particular depending on the changes to the reference scale, the location of the position and the cases for deductions set out in the texts)

Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Supply Chain Planner - VIE Contract (W/M)


- Act as service function working closely with local market supply chain on bridging supply with demand, perform control and alert role towards manufacturing sites
- Ensure proper supply planning tools and understand demand of the market in order to ensure product availability for sales to customers in line with stock policy and forecasts provided by markets. Develop a basic understanding of market product portfolio, local market specificities related to stock replenishment
- Monitor and follow the demand forecast in order to understand evolution of the market, major changes, identify critical gaps, risks of shortage and overstocks and define preventive and corrective actions, control qualitative data
- Take necessary actions related to packaging and variation changes during supply planning (transfers..)
- Support markets through master data maintenance in supply chain tools. Support dynamic data maintenance in tools (stock, sales, transit ...), analyse main logistic parameters to ensure they are aligned with market requirements and stock policy
- Timely respond in case of any shortage or overstocking or risk of expire of supported markets. Support liquidation if not possible by markets
- Liaise with customer service teams and distribution centre for solving blocking points with stakeholders
- Analyse and report on assigned KPIs and take corrective action to improve them if necessary
- Support continuous improvement efforts for own and related functions
- Participate in ongoing projects


Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or business

Technical skills & Competencies / Language
- Minimum 2 years in supply chain planning
- Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry experience – a plus
- PC literate and proficient in demand management systems and planning processes
- English – full professional proficiency
- French/German – a plus
