You will join the Marketing department of the group and be integrated to the Internal Communication department. You will be in charge of creating, developing and managing our first corporate social network:
-Work closely with our IT project managers on the creation of our first corporate social network
-Animate the community of first users /testers
-Build a successful plan for the launch of this new tools among the group
-Run point on our CSN (daily management, monitoring, posting, follow up)
-Monitor brand's online content
-Create and implement Communities in the CSN and animate them
-Strategize and increase the engagement on the CS
-Optimize and evaluate campaigns, launches, and new tactics where needed
-Develop and implement creative, engaging, original content idea
-Collaborate with the IT production team to improve the interfaceContribute to team goals around growth, engagement, and awareness.
-Collaborates with the Marketing Analytics teams to perform content performance analysis and prepare regular reports on KPIs.
You are looking for a new challenging experience starting from April/May, with high responsibility in the field of Internal Communication & Community Management and have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar environment. You ideally already worked on a Corporate Social Network or animated communities.
-Solution and client-oriented, you are known for your good communication skills and know how to be responsive and proactive at work.
-You are creative and curious with brand identity sensibility.
-You have good written and spoken communication skills in English. You ideally speak another language
-You master the following software: Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffect.
