MONTHLY REMUNERATION: 1407€ (Non-contractual allowance laid down by decree and order, whose amount may vary in particular depending on the changes to the reference scale, the location of the position and the cases for deductions set out in the texts)

As part of Amaris' growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Finance team. As Administrative and Financial Manager, you will work closely with the Business - Operational Director and Business Managers - as well as your counterparts in Financial Control, Treasury, Accounting, Tax and Legal departments.

Your Role:

Co-ordinate the Financial Control, Treasury, Accounting, Tax and Legal departments in order to support growth, manage financial and fiscal risks and provide Directors with tools to monitor and steer their companies. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance within the Group and supervising the deployment of projects within your entities.

Financial control
Participate in the financial control process: draw up periodic reports, optimise activity analysis (monitoring and management tools) and budget processes.
Supervise the production of monthly financial statements (balance sheet and P&L) and analyse the discrepancies between the Forecast and the P&L statements in order to recommend corrective measures.
Improve and optimise the Group's internal control.

Fiscal and Legal
Supervise the yearly closings.
Manage fiscal obligations and identify potential local tax incentives.
Corporate Law: Legal follow-up of assemblies and councils, changes in corporate structure (PoAs, mergers…) and contentious/recovery proceedings.

Supervise treasury management and the need for working capital requirement in the framework of the Group cash pooling strategy.
Ensure the invoicing and recovery processes for your entities.
Regularly update the Cash Forecast of the company in order to communicate it to the Group.
Liaise with local banks and other financial institutions.

Ensure the accuracy of annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, income tax return).
Be in charge of process optimization and ensure the proper application of the Group's rules and procedures.

•Fluent in English and French
•Graduate with a Master's degree in Corporate Finance.
•Ideally, you have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, financial control or audit.
•You want to evolve in a dynamic and fast growing company.
