MONTHLY REMUNERATION: 2392€ (Non-contractual allowance laid down by decree and order, whose amount may vary in particular depending on the changes to the reference scale, the location of the position and the cases for deductions set out in the texts)

Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Finance Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Job Details:

Provide support in different areas such as:

- Lead the coordination of monthly Balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analytics and leverage the working relationship with SBS team
- Lead forecast and annual budget process
- Provide initiative, input and involvement in the set-up of tools to review and evaluate current and future business units performance
- Assist in the analysis of company’s performance using SAP, Cognos, Magnitude and HFM retrieves
- Assist the user administration of the following software in ANZ: SAP-CO, TM1 Cognos, CASA MA tool

Monthly closing
- Ensure correct and accurate classification of all expenditure in line with the Group accounting and reporting guidelines
- Analyse monthly actual data and identify explanations for a variance of performance in financial indicators vs budget / trends
- Assist on preparation of business performance and commentary

Business Planning
- Contribute to the annual Business Plan process and all recurring forecasting and planning requirements that arise in accordance with local and corporate requirements
- Maintain and update TM1, excel reporting and budget presentation pack for DCV ANZ & GSF (Global Support Functions).
- Assist on the consolidation of planning/forecast for country scope.
- Assist on analytical work on ad-hoc basis

Reporting and System Maintenance
- Assist on preparation/validation monthly headcount package reporting
- Data entry/upload budget/forecast into systems (TM1/HFM) and performs consistency checks
- General maintenance on SAP (Internal Orders/Cost Centre creation)
- Assist TM1 project on GL account and Cost centre alignment
- Other ad hoc reporting tasks as required

Health, Safety and Environment
- Cooperate with sanofi-aventis management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviours and immediately notify your Manager of any serious incidents
- Undertake duties in accordance with the current sanofi-aventis Policies and Procedures
- Report non-conformance in accordance with the requirements of the Sanofi-Aventis quality system

- Qualifications in business or commerce, majoring in accounting:
- Financial analysis skills
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Systems skills to manage data effectively (SAP, TM1Cognos or like)
- Product based experiences including understands COGS/ Gross margin
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills
- Presentation skills
- Knowledge of current accounting standards
- English fluent

- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong communications skills (matrix environment with large number of stakeholders)
- In a multinational company
- Ability to meet non-negotiable strict deadlines
- Hyperion Financial management
- Advance Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power point presentation skills
- SAP, Cognos TM1, CA/CPA
