This position is to support the Ichikoh Sales Strategy department to build all necessary analysis supporting and guiding sales activities management and decision making: applying and compiling all relevant inputs from Finance and Marketing, reporting and challenging key commercial indicators for Ichikoh Group on a monthly basis.
1) Work with Ichikoh Marketing and Corporate departments:
Build structured and visual material (web site and documention) for Customer Presentation
2) Database management
Investigate implementation of a Sales Database System (Volume, Sales, Mid-term plan management) inside Ichikoh
- Benchmark best practice
- Build Action plan for potential implementation at Ichikoh
Support and prepare to issue the monthly report
- Sales Key Performance Indicators report: Sales, Overdue, Order In Take, Sales Price Index
- Monthly J OEMs report (Nissan, )
- KPI (Sales, Order intake, Overdue and SPI)
Fluent in English.
The Japanese language is recommended.
