HR Manager (m/f)
The main focus of the activity is to take care of all aspects of strategic HR work. In this position, you are the central contact person for our HR employees in operational regards.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•The conception, further development, implementation and evaluation of measures for personnel and organizational development as well as the cooperation in the further advancing of our corporate culture
•Being the main contact person for our managers in all aspects of talent acquisition
•Well-versed conduction of job interviews and annual performance reviews
•Actively supporting us in the optimization of our HR processes
•Support and development of wellbeing initiatives of our team(s)
What does it take to become a SynerTrade team member?
This position would suit someone that has previously worked at a similar level and who is well-versed with the German labor legislation.
To be successful for this role you will need to:
•Hold a university degree or an equivalent degree of a technical or professional institute with emphasis on personnel or organizational psychology, personnel management, adult education or comparable vocational training
Good knowledge of French and English, knowledge of German would be appreciated
•Have excellent communication skills and be able to successfully network
•Enjoy working with different cultures in an international team in both languages, German as well as English
•Have a fine sense and a keen intuition for people as well as a high degree of discretion
•Be an empathic person who always knows how to respond to your dialog partners
