To support our growth & development, ALTEN BELGIUM is looking for a QUALITY MANAGER

Reporting to the ALTEN BELGIUM Director, but working in direct link with the HRBP Manager and the Financial Manager you manage the whole Quality Management System for the company.

•Implementing new guidelines and best practices related to the ISO 9001:2015 norms
•Describing and implementing new processes related to the continuous improvement projects that are ongoing in the organization
•Review and continuously improve existing processes and procedures, process review, management review…
•Review existing metrics and KPI’s; propose and develop a robust scorecard to effectively monitor quality related activities and process effectiveness
•Engaging the management teams and translating the essentials towards the business
•Auditing certain processes and departments and highlighting the recommendations for improvement
•Ensuring necessary updates of the document management tool
•Describing and mitigating potential risks you will identify in the operations
•Planning, organising and following up on external audits and certification matters
•Develop/implement/improve/utilize quality tools to support processes
•Foster communication and collaboration between quality & other departments
•Develop/enhance the right mindset within the Quality department to create and continuously improve a collaborative culture
•Communication with customers, suppliers and internally, with all departments
• Become the SPOC for all quality related initiatives

Your Profile:

•You have a solid experience in Quality management System and have a solid knowledge of the quality standard as ISO 9001: 2015 and you speak French & English fluently.
•You have worked in large organisations with multiple stakeholders and operational teams
•You are able to connect and explain processes in a business related matter.
•Well organised, analytical, you have a good insight in process related matters and can work both at management and operational levels.
