MONTHLY REMUNERATION: 2690€ (Non-contractual allowance laid down by decree and order, whose amount may vary in particular depending on the changes to the reference scale, the location of the position and the cases for deductions set out in the texts)

Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Commercial Effectiveness and Project Manager for Vaccines


JOB DECRIPTION:

The VIE will be an important support in building up Swiss Sanofi Pasteur Commercial organisation and ensuring top performance. Furthermore, the VIE shall bridge vacancies in Project Management with a special focus on CRM, digital opportunities and new channels.

Main responsibilities include:
- Support, challenge, diagnose and give recommendations of all aspects linked to sales force and marketing performance
- Ensure top performance of the Sales organization by analysing and providing appropriate processes and tools such as targeting and CRM, market analytics
- Assess and optimize the SFE processes and tools
- Contribute to define the commercial strategy and commercial tactics as well as measure the return on investment for each canal / client and for each area / product in order to improve competitiveness and performance
- Responsible for collecting business analytics data and creating monthly reports
- Project management: lead local CRM project and support effective communication
- Focus on analysing new opportunities by digitalization and new channels for Sanofi Pasteur
- Develop digital strategies and concepts
- Partner with Sanofi Pasteur Key Account Managers, Marketing and managers of the Sanofi affiliate and other appropriate functions


CANDIDATE`S PROFILE:

Education:
- Master`s degree in Business Administration, advanced computer science / Excel
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry / Sales will be an asset

Professional skills:
- Strategic thinking and structured and accurate way of working
- Customer orientation
- Affinity to digitalization, new channels
- Highly self-motivated
- Reliable and team player

Languages:
- English fluent
- Good German
