In the newly settled MEA region, the execution of the S&OP is a key factor of success.

The supply Chain team located in Dubai is in charge of collecting sales demand every month from all sales offices in the region (Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Dubai) as well as needs from other regions to be manufactured by MEA entities.

The team has to be reinforced to be able to meet the fundamental objectives:

To handle a S&OP loop every month,
To be accurate and quick enough in generating the deliverable
To focus on optimizations (lead time and profitability) through an efficient process of allocation.




Missions

The Sales & Operations Planning assistant is in charge of managing multiple sets of date coming from very various teams and functions. The very first mission is to guarantee a reliable output.

Ultimately, the S&OP assistant is key resource in charge of defining robust processes that will progressively guarantee that the sales demand and the supply are accurate and lead to the optimum (short lead times and lowest costs)
Main responsibilities

To collect sales demand from the commercial hubs and to cross checks the reliability of these data.

To prepare reports to the management enabling to validate the sales demand

To support the S&OP manager in the process of allocation of the mills

To contribute together with the S&OP manager to the definition of the supply of semi-finished products

To deliver on time output of the S&OP loop to the mills, to the controlling team and to other regions, in close collaboration with the central planning team located in France.

To define standard of work and procedures in order to be faster and more efficient in the process of optimization (including the study of different scenario)



Profile:

Holder of a Master degree in engineering, with first experience in Supply Chain Management / S&OP process would be appreciated.

A good knowledge of english is required

Highly skilled with EXCEL (mandatory)

Professional experience not mandatory
