Purpose:

The VIE will assist the Country Manager in analyzing and following the business initiatives, audit the implementation of various projects.

Missions and activities :

Provide the best quality reports and analysis and prepare the presentations for key deadlines such as management committees, quarterly business reviews.
Analyze with a critical eye the operational indicators and business data from the plants
Make sure that data are reliable
Follow-up and control the implementation of business initiatives
Assist managers in the deployment of new tools / processes in the plants
Maintain and create various dashboards for the Country Manager to drive the activity
Propose solutions and action plans and challenge management

Background and skills :

Master degree (e.g. business school / engineer school)
2 years working experience (e.g. business control, international project management, audit, consulting)
Good financial knowledge (P&L, Capex, etc.)
Fundamentals of project management
Excel and PowerPoint proficient
Very good sense of analysis and synthesis
Good human contact and critical mindset / diplomacy
Dynamism / takes initiatives / autonomy
Sense of responsibilities
Organization
Curiosity and open-mindedness
Understanding of the economic context
Fast learner
Languages : English
