COMPANY NAME: ASTEELFLASH FRANCE
MONTHLY REMUNERATION: 2465€ (Non-contractual allowance laid down by decree and order, whose amount may vary in particular depending on the changes to the reference scale, the location of the position and the cases for deductions set out in the texts)

MISSION :
Performs analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, future requirements and operating forecasts.
Performs analysis on ROI, depreciation, capital investment and customer p&l peformance.


RESPONSIBILITIES
This includes but is not limited to:
1. Inventory control
- Material flow within a manufacturing facility : Basic understanding of relationship between Sales Oder, MPS, MRP, WO creation, PO launch, BOM control and E&O.

- Receiving and shipping practices :
* Receiving practices (PO matching) and Inventory recognition
* Shipping practices (Sales Order & Revenue recognition)

- Physical verification practices :
* Cycle count process - ABC part type classification & cycle count reconciliation
* Physical inventory process


2.Inventory valuation
- Setting and maintaining standard costs
* Purchase price variance recognition, recording and reporting
* ECO/MCO process
* Bill of Material analysis
* Revaluation process


3. Shop floor Control
- Production order analysis and tracking
* Aging
* Material quantity variances
* WIP revaluation impacts
* Attrition & scrap analysis

- Direct Labor analysis
* Capitalization methods


4. Costing Analysis
- Material margin by customer by assembly
- Actual to Budget to Forecast analysis
- Excess and Obsolete
- Manufacturing Over Head analysis
- P&L analysis


5. Quote Process
- Industry quote standard requirements
* Shop rates
* Quote limits
* Non-recurring Expenses
- Impact of quoting process to existing inventory
- Customer buy-downs


6. Annual Operating Budget Process


PROFILE :
• Accounting/Finance Bachelor degree or level of knowledge that would be normally obtained of a BS degree
• MBA (desirable)
• 2-5 years in similar positions
