Scope of responsibilities for this mission : CANADA & US

Missions and Responsibilities
Internal Control
Participation to the improvement of Internal Control of USA and Canadian entities
• Internal Control assessment, Gap analysis with Air Liquide Group standards, Action plan definition and implementation including :
o Entities Organization and Governance
o Key processes and associated procedures
Reporting and project Controlling
Participation to the improvement of the project and cost control processes
• Intercompany cost analysis and invoicing preparation
• Projects reforecasts on a monthly basis (interface with the project manager)
• Provide analysis and reporting (sales analysis, cost base analysis, profitability analysis,…)
• Sales registration and CRM Tool data analysis
• Follow-up of investments needs and associated budgets
ERP Implementation
• Detail analysis of business, operation and finance processes in order to
• Coordination with local operation and finance teams and Global organization in order to define ERP processes and roles and responsibilities of teams within the ERP along with the associated schedule.
• Set-up of the ERP with the input of local operation and finance team
