Poste et missions:

DIREX, referring to the direct invoicing business model, is the department that is setting commercial parternship with suppliers. These partnerships have the specificity to allow our privileged selected suppliers to supply parts directly to our dealer network without using our supply-chain;
The Junior DIREX Area Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of the Direx targets in terms of Net Sales & Margin in the region. He needs to ensure sales increase results and improving market share through the local Market Sales Team. He is also in charge of prospecting dealers on its own to make them join the program/suppliers;
The DIREX Area Manager have to liaise with Sales central Department, Market teams & Central Business development team. With this regard, it is required a strong capability to interact with other functions within CNHi and externally with suppliers;

Ensure the fulfilment of DIREX target in terms of volume and profitability. (DIREX Net Sales & Margin);
The DIREX Sales Manager will keep all relevant KPI under control to be able to report upon call to Top management and find objective parameters to measure and guide the business. In particular turn over, margin and supplier plan completeness;

Ensure conquest action plan is properly deployed to accomplish strategic plan, brand’s and markets needs : developing a complete business plan covering sales, revenue, product development, and promotions;

Ensure new partnerships launches are deployed properly in the market to reach the excpected payback;
Ensure closed relation with key suppliers;

Follow product trend to define action plan to recover eventual gap
Anticipate Business development: find opportunities to grow above target expectations;

Act in perfect coordination with the EMEA Parts Sales Team, EMEA product marketing team and EMEA DIREX team:
• Ensure offer is consistent with end users/dealer needs;
• Assist in marketing tools development to cover Markets need;
• Assist in the development of the annual budgets : specifically advising on forecasts for each Market/Supplier;
• Interact deeply with market leaders to increase dealer adoption;
• Collaborate in monitoring of the sales performance at Market and Supplier level by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings and electronic bulletins;

The Direx team is an interdisciplinary and multicultural team made-up of young and experienced people. Thus a wide spectrum of leadership capabilities is required to effectively interact with the team;


• University Degree or equivalent in Economics, Law, Business Management, Finance;
• Ideally a minimum of commercial experience, alternatively within a marketing intelligence;
• Fluent in English;
• Microsoft Office Professional Powerpoint, Excel, and Word;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially teamworking skills and strongly developed communication capability at all levels;
• Negotiation knowledges;
• Autonomous;
• High time management skills (Priority management);
• Full availability to travel within the Territory of coverage;
• Must hold a full driving license;
