MONTHLY REMUNERATION: 2465€ (Non-contractual allowance laid down by decree and order, whose amount may vary in particular depending on the changes to the reference scale, the location of the position and the cases for deductions set out in the texts)

1/ Support with value chain analysis, market segmentation and customer journey with Schneider Electric portfolio

2/ Support delivering key activities throughout the initial phases of digital offer creation lifecycle including: customer value proposition, business model, prototype and offer demonstrator, operating model with Line of Business and countries and go to market strategy

3/ Work with Digital executives to set priorities, align on Schneider Electric IoT strategy, promote collaboration and best practices within the different businesses across the group

4/ Collaborate with the Digital Services Factory program team to provide insights on the offer development and support prioritization for the Digital Acceleration Board

5/ Collaborate with other teams within Digital Services Factory such as Analytics, Digital Services Platform, Pervasive Sensing, Embedded Control Platforms to ensure end to end support to Line of Businesses

The VIE is an international programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Profile and Competencies

Education: Business

Work experience needed: 12 months’ experience in related field

Requested languages : English fluent

Personal abilities or skills: Ability to work on a fast moving and evolving organization; Ability to work with multiple stakeholders; Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment; Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills; Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
