Hierarchical reporting: Head of Supply Chain, Asia

1. Purpose (why does the job exist within the organization?):

• To work with supply chain team, distribution team and suppliers to manage replenishment for core programme effectively and optimize stock level in factories.

2. Main activities:

Process Review
• Work closely with internal teams including supply chain team, distribution team, and suppliers to understand their work flow including planning & forecast, order placement shipment arrangement, warehouse management, order fulfillment and stock management;

• Follow through the whole process and review every step to drive operational efficiency and strengthen the collaboration and communication among teams.


Product Replenishment Programme
• Design a Product Replenishment Programme and launch it with internal teams and suppliers;

• Monitor the impact and review the programme from time to time and make adjustment when necessary.

3. Main skills, competencies and knowledge required:

Professional background:
• Degree in supply chain or related discipline;
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management with exposure in garment industry a plus
Skills:
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• A team leader with good planning and organizational skills


Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge in supply chain management

Specific requirements:
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

4. Key Performance Indicators:

Business Key Performance Indicators (individual and/or team ones):
• Set-up and roll out the Product Replenishment Management Programme
• The stock level and replenish lead time for core programme
• Stakeholder feedback and business impact on the programme

Financial Key Performance Indicators:
• Lead time reduction due to the implantation of the programme

Customer service Key Performance Indicators:
• Collaborate effectively with different departments

5. Internal Relationship

• Individual contributor;
• Working closely with supply chain and distribution teams in HK and suppliers.
